"It made me feel really good about myself, and it made me think of all the good things in my mind, not the bad things, so that really helped". 🩵

Finally a positive look at ADHD in kids!
This little book packs a big punch in creating a sense of positivity and inner strength around a diagnosis of ADHD in kids. While this can often be a scary time for kids having a tool like this book to help explain some of the more positive aspects of ADHD is definitely one every parent or caregiver should have!

The Book That Made My Daughter Proud to Be Herself
Discovering this book was a breath of fresh air for both my daughter and me. Unlike many stories that focus on the struggles of a diagnosis, this one celebrated uniqueness and positivity. It taught my daughter to see her condition not as a limitation but as a part of her unique identity. The book’s positive outlook and empowering message provided a much-needed confidence boost, encouraging her to embrace and be proud of her differences. It's more than a story; it's a tool for self-acceptance that has made a real difference in her life. A very cute and easy read!

My Daughter’s Favourite Book
As a parent of a child with ADHD, finding "ADH-ME" by K.C. Field has been a game-changer for our family. This book is not only a weekly staple for my daughter, who absolutely adores it, but it's also a source of newfound confidence for her "ADH-ME" is the first book we've encountered that is unapologetically uplifting about ADHD, and it's made a significant impact. It was an eye-opener to realize just how much my daughter needed to hear the messages this book promotes. The joy and self-acceptance it has fostered in her are profound.

This book provides a crucial building block for kids to start understanding themselves and their amazing brains.
This is a great book to start reading to kids who can’t read yet. The rhymes and colorful animated illustrations facilitate reading alone for kids that wish to read independently as well.
